FirST public KCP Masterclass in Canada

This is a key class for leaders, coaches, trainers, change agents, in any way related to the Kanban method. Completing this class is one of the requirements for attaining the Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) credential awarded by Lean Kanban University (LKU), an international organization leading the development and application of the Kanban method.

Who Is Teaching?

Alexei Zheglov, a long time user and teacher of Kanban. Alexei is one of the first Kanban Coaching Professionals (KCP) in Canada and the first Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) in Ontario. Over the years he helped many people make a difference with Kanban in their companies, contributed to the development of the method as well as Enterprise Services Planning (ESP). Alexei is also a co-author of the new business book Fit for Purpose: How Modern Businesses Find, Satisfy & Keep Customers.

In 2009-2017 the KCP Masterclass was taught exclusively by the Kanban pioneer David J Anderson. Since 2017, this duty was also given to a small number of senior KCPs including Alexei. Alexei has a privilege to organize this KCP Masterclass for David J Anderson School of Management, headquartered in Seattle.

From the lobby of Le Germain, please proceed by elevator to the 3rd floor. There is another Le Germain in Toronto on Mercer Street. Please don’t go there.

KCP Masterclass days are long, from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday. We finish earlier on Friday, at 5pm. Please plan your days accordingly.

This Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) Masterclass is now SOLD OUT. You can take the Masterclass at a future time when we organize it in Canada again or register for the Masterclass held at various locations around the world using David J Anderson School of Management website.
