  • How to use a Team Kanban board to improve transparency, collaboration, and balance
  • Key Team Kanban board design patterns and how to choose the right one for your team

Day Schedule and Syllabus

The day includes four intensive 90-minute sessions. With proper breaks between the "quarters" as well as the lunch breaks, it takes about eight hours to complete each day's agenda. The schedule doesn't have to be 9 to 5. We adapt to local conditions and shift this eight-hour frame accordingly. Here's the approximate agenda for each of the four class sessions:

Q1 Introduction to Kanban, core practices and basic concepts
Q2  Team Kanban simulation (different scenarios)
Q3 Board design patterns, design and refine your own
Q4 Feedback loops, limitations of the team-level approach
